Channel your creative energy and join us for a night of wine and design.

Be inspired to create your own bitters in this refreshing workshop with the environmentally and socially responsible team from Wild Dispensary.

Wild Dispensary celebrate local, native, and wild plants with a comprehensive range of natural medicinal formulations. Harvested from the rugged Dunedin coast and the dry mountains of Central Otago, the wild and native herbs used in Wild Dispensary’s products are carefully selected and sustainably harvested.

In this workshop, you will be guided through the process of making your own bitters using a range of plants, some sourced from Otago. You will go home with your bespoke bitters and a booklet with ideas for how to use your bitters at home.

Bring your friends, or make new friends, and create something lovely while sipping a glass of Quartz Reef wine in the beautiful Tūhura Otago Museum Atrium.

Tickets are $35 and include everything you need to make your own unique bitters, and a glass of Quartz Reef wine to enjoy while you concoct! Cash bar also available.
