Discover a magical connection to nature through yoga poses!

 

Join us for a fun introduction to yoga by Jo Woolley Yoga with laughter-filled poses learning postures inspired by the ocean’s wild creatures.   

From sea lions and dolphins to crabs and penguins, you’ll find your inner strength and confidence in these fun yoga postures for kids and families, with Jo the yoga instructor demonstrating and describing all postures throughout the session.

Hosted by Toitū Otago Settlers Museum: A museum of social history dedicated to telling the story of the people of Dunedin and the surrounding area. Fourteen themed galleries feature interactive displays and powerful narratives tracing the human history of the area, from the earliest settlers to the most recent arrivals.
