What's That Bird in My Garden?

  • Otago Museum 419 Great King Street Dunedin New Zealand (map)

Have you ever looked out your window and wondered what that cute, wee bird was?

Join Cody Phillips, Tūhura Otago Museum Collection Manager, Natural Science, for a whirlwind tour of a virtual Dunedin garden.

There will be photos of birds you might see fly by your window in Dunedin suburbs, where in your garden you might see them, what the different birds are like, and what they like so you can attract more of these beautiful creatures into your garden.

There will be anecdotes galore, and you‘re welcome to bring questions and bird stories to share.

Cody is one of our favourite staff speakers, endlessly knowledgeable, engaging, and interesting; come along and learn more about Otago’s native birds from an expert.
